European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re ordering from the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return an order for any reason.

The item must still meet the return conditions:

• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you of approval status
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
